Hey guys I just went out for a spin around and realized that when I let go on the throttle it starts to slow down very fast as if I were pulling the brake and it also bogs a bit kind of like if it were about to backfire. Can someone help me with this is this normal?

Check that your wheels free spin if you lift them off the ground and spin them, you may have sticky brake. If not then your just experiencing engine braking which is normal..

Have you tried adjusting the mixture screw for the bog/backfire ?
Has it been sitting for a while ?
Pilot jet might be blocked or semi blocked?

Maybe put the bike up on a box or something and check your wheel's spin free, sometime's the caliper's get tight.

Yes I just got it I will give the mixture screw a try and I will check the pilot jet as well thanks
