Ok well it's still pointless, you may as well hookup a fridge and television while your at it.

some people may want performance, and want to shift right on the redlinequote]
These pitbikes have no redline, just because a car has a redline doesn't mean you can't rev further, unless it has a rev limiter of course. The manufacturer puts this redline on your tacho as a recommendation. And when you hook a tacho up to your pitbike it's not going to automatically flash the shift light on "the red line". You have to set the tacho to where you want the shift light to come on, so what is the recommended rpm for the pit bike ? Who knows?
But hey, it's something to do i guess. But you aren't going to get any more performance from your bike because you have a tacho designed for Fast and furious cars.
actually, i'm not going to argue, but there should be a "redline" just before you over rev your engine, usually about 8000k, i personally know i take my dirt bike to about there, but it sounds like its about to blow up, so i guess this will let me know where abouts it is on the scale, its not designed for the fast and the furious at all, maybe the bike 5inch ones with the shift light, when i mentioned redline i wasn't meaning the shift light, and i wasn't talking bout when the enginecuts out aswell, when you shift at the redline, your using the maximum power of that gear, you try reving your car over the redline and see if your speed goes up by much...either way i'm just here to prove my point, no evil intentions
