What parts suit Atomix AX???

Hey,

Looking to buy some bits for my 05 Atomik AX and just curious as to what will fit and what wont?

I have been told the sticker kits wont fit? But can i change the plastics?

Also it has the 125cc ducar motor so will the carbon engine covers fit them?

And are chains and sprockets universal to fit most?

Sticker kits wont fit cause the AX are not CRF based,

seats/plastics etc all wont fit your AX,

anything labelled CRF you cant use, (seats, plastics, tanks)

sprockets are all different, so you need to measure your hub size, and bolt distances to make sure you get one that fits, (SA fun bikes have some) (pretty sure your rear sprocket will be 54mm hub with 70mm bolts, but check dont just use those details)

i just finished converting my Agb27 (AX) to CRF plastics yesterday, it took a little while, and involved making all new brackets etc, but iam happy with how it turned out,

Atomik or Orion = same bike with different importers,

so yeah its same bike with just different stickers,

so i cant get any sticker kits. so i will prob spray it. what plastic kits can i get that are a DIRECT replacement with no modding involved.

those plastics are CRF based and wont fit,

you will only be able to replace with the exact same as you have now, but different colour,

CRF will need to be modded to fit, which means cutting all mounts off and making new holes etc,

haha sorry forgot to mention it was Daniel that told me about Agb27, but now i know its common fact lol,

anyway heres the old girl, still going strong, looks wierd without sticker kit,

but where can i find the kit to suit mine and what style is it advertised as.

and whats the difference between the crf style and the one i need. as i am new to this they still look the same. lol

these are the exact replacements as you have now, they are the only set that will bolt straight on to your AX,

as for sticker kits i dont believe anyone makes them to fit these, except the standard orion ones that come with the bike.

one last question (for tonight anyway)

how do you remove the side front plastics from the seat?

remove the 4 screws holding it to the tank,

remove 2 bolts under the rear tail piece, next to the muffler,

remove 2 bolts holding the rear side plates on, (side of frame)

than the whole seat and plastics will slide back and off,

than youll see all the screws under the seat holding the front pieces on,
