where to get stroker and big bore kits for lifan 140

Hi just wondering if anybody knows where to get a stroker kit with head and cam for a lifan 140, which carby is the best for this engine (having trouble getting parts for the minuki 28mm in sydney). already have inner rotor kit and 102.5 main jet what other mods give the best gains
