installing 146 kit on saturady..
my question is:

i have 2 head gaskets one similar yet different.

now the left one has the same shape oil hole(weird shape?) as the 146cc cylinder and the right one just has a circular hole.

also,
the left one has a larger oil hole (top left hole on the gasket) which has cut out a little bit of the metal ring around the center of the gasket.
will this cause any problems?

compare the pare, which one i should use?

use the one on the right, it came with the kit right,

the reason for the bigger hole in the one on the left is because the stock jugs use a o ring in between the bore and head, but your supposed to take the o ring out when installing the bbk. we always run a small bead of gasket glue around the orifice to ensure no oil leaks however you have to be careful as too much and the oil wont flow to the head causing the whole engine to seize.

The change in shape of the two oil passage ways is not a problem, as long as there is a seal it doesnt matter what shape the gasket is there.

So use the gasket on the right, and dont reinstall the o ring that is used to seal the bore and head at the stud.

Any other questions? It can be a little daunting when doing your first bbk and not knowing what goes where or what to use exactly
