whos out injuried at the moment?

finally after 5 weeks iam back at work tomorrow, actually cant wait lol,

its feels like its taking for ever to heal, atleast from today i can take tiny backyard rides on the bike!

don't know if it counts but i bearly get to ride due to Housework / Baby & friends! lately i'd be lucky to get out once a fortnight.

it's a real drag coz i use to ride everyday

Shagged my knee a couple of weeks ago playing a footy practice match and am booked in for an Arthriscope in a months time to get it all scraped out and cleaned up.

Kind of put my plans of getting a bike back a bit since the op is going to cost me a bit over $800....spewin

Being a uni student and all, i can't really afford the cash to get health insurance. Even though i'm now doing post grad study's and working 3 days a week, it still makes it very hard to get enough money to live, let alone get a mini bike or health insurance to cover me for when i fall off that said mini bike hhahahhaha

Yep I wont be riden for while, went to a bux night on sat got drunk, climbed a fence with an extension and the bloody thing snapped off with me on top. Went head first into the ground and I've stuffed the ligaments in my throttle wrist........ Was funny but I reckon it'll keep me out for atleast 3 weeks. I cant even turn on a tap or open a bottle. Yay fun times.

Broke the top off my tibia in my left leg back in december in a mini motard crash. One large titanium plate and 15 screws later and I'm back in action. (Not to mention close to 3 months on crutches) Just hopped on the bike again recently. Running the hardware in my leg for the rest of my life.....

yep, I"m fucked, won't be back on a bike for about 12-18 months, have been off one now for about 14 months due to a simple Arthroscope, so Don't do it mech_eng_matty... they removed my acl which was ruptured and were nice enough to give me "golden staff" so another 5 operations followed. needles to say I'm still stuffed..

hey guys yeah im out at the moment after riding my mates tt250 i stcked because my other mate cut me off on his pitty and if i hadnt of stcked no shit he would be dead i would of went sraight ova him and all the bastared could do was laugh. dam big bikes stuffem if i was on my pitty it wouldnt have happened. lol.

Thats f**ked right up man. Did they literally "remove" your acl? Or did they remove some of it and graft some new gear onto it?
Last year i almost lost my left leg from the knee down because of golden staff. Got a massage from a physio who hadn't washed his hands properly, he pushed the bacteria into my skin, it became seriously inflamed, spent two days in hospital on i.v anti biotics and managed to hold off the gangrene! Its real nasty stuff, but i can't believe a orthopod would screw u up like that! Did u get it done in Thailand or something? HAHAH.
I'm starting to see a moral to my storys...DON'T PLAY FOOTBALL!!! HAHAHAH.
