140 lifan no clutch

I just put brand new clutch in my bike, now no clutch with lever pulled lever is pulling on side of case, just not in motor, should I loosen the 4 bolts, or what is the likelyhood of clutch pin in case coming out

It must be the pin or the pin isn't in the clutch arm socket mate, did the bearing go back in the clutch plate?
