Ok that 1st link, $97 64mm piston does look like it's a short skirt ?

I read somewhere that they stopped selling the short skirt (s-cut) piston in 2012 due to it being unreliable.
Maybe DHZ haven't updated that listing yet, unless they have some old stock ones ?
