Bought a brand new coleman ct200u-a for my 3 boys. Rode great the first few times. Now the idle is so high the bike wants to take off without using the throttle. When the choke is on it hits hard and sounds terrible. The gov screw was welded. Dremel took care of that. Theres no idle screw on this carb. New to mini bike but not new to small engines. No clue how to turn idle down. Can anyone point me in correct direction please? Id really appreciate it. Thx.

i hope you got it fixed by now. your problem is from cutting screw off. have to do gov delete with zip tie mod. type that into google and i will see vids. good luck.

You could drill out the rest of the screw and install another one with a small spring on it to keep it from being backed out from vibration. That might bring your idle down.
