Pin me for what? I have never sold anything to anyone over the internet apart from ebay, so my ip address has been active on 2 accts? I am on a internet plan that use's Dynamic ip, so could have been anyone on internode. And why would i shaft someone for $20 when i earn minimum $1500 a week?

Apologies mjc85, noidea got his story mixed up. I was going by what he told me. Again, sorry about that.

sorry mjc85, got you confused and forgot to let admin know....

as agro said, richer is better than leaner for engine life. Does it run better on choke? (richer)

No worries

Nope stalls on choke, but its on the richest setting now and this carby is jetted for a 125cc so it can't be too lean still

Be 100% positive about the vacuum within the intake port - meaning no leaks like you just fixed with the gasket glue. check carb to manifold and manifold to intake port side of the head again. This is probably why you still feel the engine still needs a richer setting.

The black spacer is meant to insulate heat away from the carb. It does its job but will still make the engine run ok without it.

I have a 110 and I didnt need to fiddle with the jets when I fitted a 26mm. In fact, I'm running it on the leanest setting of the needle and it runs fine.

So good to hear a gentleman firmly speak out about the truth and even more for the other gentlemen to extend an apology. So the guy is still out there. At the end of the day, what goes around comes around. Take 20 bucks as a small (compared to 1,500 a week :) ), but valuable lesson.

mjc85, sorry the admin confused me when he mistaked you for that ******, and hahaha at you earning $1500 a week nice joke ;)

Not a joke mate, will be more than $1500 a week soon once i get the new business rolling.
