Fully this thread as funny as!. Maybe you should just push your 2 stroke up a hill then put panty hose and your head and coast down. Then you can pretend you bike works pretty good substitution. I guess thats the same as subbing a air filter for panty hose.

Oh mercy. but these guys are right your carby needs a clean pretty bad. maybe If you can work out how to get it off the bike you could take it to someone to clean. Then you are gonna have to try and fix the pull start. Don't have any advice about that. Maybe you should talk to someone in your family that knows engines.

I've fixed the pull-start.. only problem now is the petrol tap spins round and round and doesn't allow me to turn the petorl on/off. after i have fixed that i will clean the carb out thoroughly. Any1 help with the petrol tap?

this thread is now becoming very funny, cant help ya anymore dude,

BTW why the hell do you need allen keys??? the only allen key bolts i can think of are on the head stem,

goodluck with it all dude, your gonna need it now,

First you tell me to take the carb apart, so i tried. there is allen key bolts there is 2 to remove !

look: http://www.users.on.net/~razz0r/pbpics/carby/rside1.jpg

now do you understand?

i do what you say and get criticised, thanks a load

Fully ok what I'd do now is take the bowl off carefully (the bottom part - appears to be held on by two screws) and at least clean that out (and inside the carb) with some petrol or carby cleaner. Be carefull though the float, needle and seat will prolly get dislodged along the way so try to remmber how they came apart. Dont know about the tap are you sure there is no fuel flow. To test pull the bowl float needle and seat off and then go attach the carb back to the fuel hose of the bike (with fuel it it) if fuel is flowing down into where the bowl should be then its working.

ok now im starting to get somewhere, i've cleaned the bowl there was a bit of dirt in there, nothing major, i think behind the choke plate theres alot of dirt, but i need allen keys for that :p thanks ill let you know what happens.

as I have said in previous threads on this site, It only takes 1 tiny grain of sand to screw your whole carby, not totally wreck it but cause problems. if you see dirt anywhere, get rid of it, even if you think it is insignificant.
put the bowl back on when its totally clean, and wash the dirt out behind the choke in petrol or carby cleaner, even use a cotton bud soaked in petrol if thats all you have, you shouldn't need to take the choke apart to do it.

ok, i got rid of all the dirt in the bowl and cleaned thoroughly, now behind the choke plate (main carb area) needs to be cleaned, after this is done i will let you know what happened and i hope this all works out :) thanks for your help people!
