I don't understand why they'd go and do that, do you think they put a bigger head gasket in to achieve lower compression?
Sounds like it would be a better buy to just grab a stock yx140

with the exchange rate this TDR distro in china is the best place to buy that kind of stuff, usually I would say DHZ and ebay in general but this place is just killing it at the moment

Do you know where i can get good sprokets?
I have seen a few bikes with cnc milled ones look pretty sick

cable clutch works fine, hydraulic clutch is a cheap bit of bling tho, I wouldn't mind getting one to try out.

I still think that that 140 is worth the money yeah less compression but its got the z40 kit and when i want to i can just up the compression when i get bored with it..

i think you missed my point towards the compression..

taking compression out of a engine that has a modified cam in it is more than likely going to make the engine slower than a standard engine with a standard cam...

its something that goes together when you upgrade an engine..modified cams require more compression..
and 8.8:1 what were they thinking, that takes all the responsiveness out of the engine..

im not saying anymore...
please do a review of this engine with a video...id like to see it in action

is that the one from JustRide? there's a guy on here that got one of them and they completely stuffed up the cam installation and the cam sprocket bolts came loose. He lunched his motor and I haven't heard back from him if JustRide have sorted the issue.
Yeah i understand about the compression and how it will affect it...But for $400 i wouldnt mine giving it a go...I will be going over it (tighting cam sprocket bolts etc before i start it) I will make a vid and review etc...
