obviously I know nothing about electrics, Please advise as to whether the atomik Blitz 250 is 6 volt or 12 volt. The battery is relatively new and requires a charge.

thanks heaps, what are the chances of using jumper leads from my car to the bike, will i burn out the wiring

my advice is you can jump it but make sure the car is not running as an electrical spike can ruin youre computer or the bcm and if it doesnt start straight away do not keep cranking it or you may melt wires

It will jump start fine. If you do it with your car running put the earth lead to the car body somewhere and not to the negative terminal on the battery and put the car head lights on.
