put the throttle cable through the hole in the number plate thats what i did.
fox shock for sure dont be talked into anything else

you dont have to change the pegs straight away my mates 100kg and hes been running stock ones since 2007. work out what priority you want to spend your coin on

im gettin wider pegs no for the strength, but the stockers hurt my feet on the jumps I hit, too thin/narrow.

I just got some cheap pegs for now, didnt cost me much but made a good improvement.

i'll put some pics of the pegs up tonight for you westy

Westy check out the billet pegs I have for sale in the classifieds, they are going cheap.

So i'm not sure if next i want to put a big bore kit on or get a better shock.

At the moment i'm just riding it around a single track we made which doesnt involve any jumps.

Definitely get a Shock before a Bore Kit mate.

Comfort should be your 1st Priority ;)

...CANT WAIT to start my Stocka Build...

Is there any cheap shocks worth getting, as a temporary solution for the next 6 months or so?

or am i better off just buying a fox float straight up?

In my Opinion I wouldnt waste my money on a Cheapo Shock. If I were you I would Definitely be getting a Fox Float straight up! They are worth the money I can tell you that ;)

So in an attempt to adjust my front brakes, I removed the bracket that goes onto the spline that connects to the drum.

And now i can't work out how to put it back together.

theres an arrow on the drum, and an arrow on the little metal spacer, but now that i've taken off the bracket, the little metal spacer doesnt want to slide back onto the spline.

any ideas?

Haha...sucks when things like this happens and you cant get it back together.

The little Metal Arrow Spacer thing will go back onto the Spline but its a little tricky. On the spline and spacer there is a notch, and you have to line the notch up on both the spline and spacer for it to slide on...it will take a little sliding around on the spline but you will get it.

Just gotta be a little patient and as soon as you line the notches up it will slide back on!

I hope thats what your talking about? :)

Installed the TB 88cc big bore kit this afternoon.

updated pics to come soon.

Well i've been lazy with the pics, but the bike is going awesome, just needs some fine tuning with the carby.

But.....

I need an exhaust, and i dont really wanna fork out for a pro circuit, fast 50s etc pipe.

So i was wondering if anyone had some feedback on the pro circuit copy pipe on DHZ and the big bore pipe also on DHZ

Cheers guys
Chester
