Im guessing its a 125cc or smaller. It has a crank mounted clutch or primary clutch, meaning the clutch speed matches the crank speed (ie if the motor is revving at 12,000 rpm then the clutch is also spinning at 12,000 rpm.), that's ALOT of stress for a clutch and can cause it to explode like yours. On bigger motors (140cc plus) they run a secondary clutch which is driven off the crank at a reduced ratio so it is only spinning at a fraction of crank speed to eliminate this problem.
You could have just got a clutch with an imperfection in the casting or it has had too much power at too high a rev range put through it. If its chinese, just buy a new complete clutch, only like $30 and take it easy (make sure you find every piece of the old clutch basket before you close up the cases obviously) or if its a built up honda engine buy a billet clutch basket, tb parts make a good one for a good price designed to prevent this exact issue

motor is 1p54fmi lifan motor 125cc,i had new clutch in it and it broke exactly like this.Best thing i can do is buy motor with secondary clutch?

So are you saying you have had 2 clutches have exploded like this? Were you revving it hard when it went bang? Like i said earlier primary clutch and big revs for prolonged periods dont mix. Is it ridden on a track or out in the bush? Secondary clutch motor is a good solution if your budget will allow or change your sprockets (either go bigger on front, smaller on rear or both) to give you lower revs at the same speed (you loose acceleration but gain a higher top speed)

yeah ive had multiple clutches breaking like that and im taking it easy, im not riding tracks, Im not revving hard. Is there some clutch baskets with better material that isnt so fragile?

You haven't got an inner rotor kit on it have you? The Inner Rotor kits are lighter than an outer rotor kit ignition system (that's why they rev up quicker) but losing weight on one side of the crank can make a crank unbalanced and put even more stress on the clutch. If you don't have an IRK , maybe you just have a slightly bent/unbalanced crank. There are better clutch baskets, but they cost $200 up for just the basket where a replacement one the same is $30 with basket, plates, springs, etc. Not only that but if your crank is the problem, theres no saying a billet clutch basket wont eventually hand grenade too. You could buy a new stock clutch, put it back together, buy another cheap bike with a 140cc or bigger motor (secondary clutch motor)cheap, swap motors and sell you old motor in the other bike and get a bigger better motor for very little cash

it has inner rotor kit, but my friend experienced same problem with outer rotor kit aswell.Im probably going to swap motors with someone.
