You might need to loosen the top engine mount bolt to tilt the front of the engine up to get that bolt out.

Look's like the bottom section of the frame is bent up?
Or the top engine mounting on the frame is bent, or the bolt that goes through the engine is bent ?

So I ended up getting the side cover off had to take out top engine mount bolt.
When I looked at the inside of the clutch pusher there was heaps of dirt in there that looked like it was making a gap and not allowing the orings to seal. Cleaned out dirt and I put it all back together and doesn't leak any more :)
One thing though I left the oil filter out. Will is cause problems later on or is it not that important?
From what I can tell it seems counter productive as it keeps debris in the engine when dropping the oil Lol.
On inspection of oil filter it had debris of what looked like fine metal on TOP of filter effectively stopping it from coming out when dropping engine oil.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but all in all happy to see that leak cured

The screen stop's those metal filing's etc from going through your oil pump, and wearing that out.
And then up through the head, valve's and cam bearing's, then back through the bottom of the gearbox through the rest of the engine
The other place it filter's the oil is through the clutch cover plate
That uses centrifugal force to spin anything heavy to the outer of the cover so it doesn't flow through the engine

Oh fair enough. God Dam it, should I be putting that screen back in ? Is it really important ?

will It be okay to leave out and just use the clutch cover filter ? or should I be putting it back it ?

The spinner filter on the clutch wont save your oil pump or top end if a chip of metal sitting in the bottom of the case's or off one of the gear's etc goes through it.
