hey i got my 110cc i dont no a thing about it i want to make it fast wat can i do plz help

Feel free to read through the different threads. This is the best help you can get at this stage. There are many ways you can get the engine to be more efficient and fast (either by doing it yourself, or knowing what to ask a shop to do for you). Some are simple, low cost and for the more serious riders it can become one long project in several stages. Once you stumble upon a question whose answer you didnt find on any thread, then you can zero in on that and ask.

does your 3 valve a steel barrel if so you can make it a 123cc with a 56mm piston, the hardest thing in doing this mod is finding a 56+ mm head gasket to suit 3 valve. As for stroking it you will find it cant be done as all the 3 valve motors i have seen have the oil pump drive running across the front of the crank. The clearance is so tight without the off set crank pin, it could be possible if you mix and match cranks and oil pump drive gears this is something i will be looking at in the future. The 123cc upgrade is great if matched with cam regrind, port and bigger carby, just dont go to big with carby as lots of bikes out there are over carbyed. 24MM works great when jetted propally. It will rev hard as it has only got a 50mm stroke and fly wheel can be lightened to make it more responsive. You could go to an inner rotor which i have seen on these motors but you run the risk of spinning the end off your crank. hope this helps

I have a Jailing 3valve and have a 54mm piston for it, I dont have a 54mm head gasket. Do you know if there is an off the shelf gasket available?

I'm waiting on some other stuff so I can do the bore, cut the valve reliefs and do a port job.....gaskets are the only thing not covered so far.

NOTE:
The Mikuni carbi's listed on ebay you guys allways see and pointed out in this thread are sold as 25mm and 26mm mikuni's ... They are NOT really what they claim they are... They are infact VM22 Mikuni copys which is a 22mm carbi and they all look the same because they are the same carbi.. the real 26mm mikuni dont look nothing like a 22mm and ive yet to see anyone other than real pitbike shops selling 26mm carbi's.

My 2 cents.. Be aware of what you buy and do some research other than looking on ebay

Ohh yeah.....I've been trying to work this thing out. My 125 came with what I thought was a 22mm carbie; I jumped to conclusions when I looked at the air cleaner side opening on the Mikuni and it's stamped "22".....fine.

Then I took it off and it measured 26mm.......???????........chinese copy; what the hell have I got.

Ends out the 22 refers to the oval bore slide opening in the carbie. If you look in to the carbie you will see a big taper down in size. The 24 ~28mm aftermarket carbie sold by the pitbike shops is a D-Slide carbie with a real 24 ~28mm bore size and a far straighter shot at the intake manifold.

So I do have a 22mm and I did'nt jump to conclusions in the first place.
