i have got rocker retainer bolts I CANT GET THE ****ERS OUT THO ..... even with the correct sized screwdriver..

i can have a look around tomorrow or maybe go down to motovert and hastle them for some parts..
but even then i also need a new tank if i cant get this one to seal

i found spare bolts, turns out i need different valve covers... the zongshen ones are wrong...
will get them tomorrow and i will probably be there at about 10:30 to 11

Yep, TB heads have different covers. Hope you can make it, I like roosting Tb kitted bikes, heehehe

yeah fellas, who can answer first.. tb head rocker shafts... flat side (a bit noched out) towart the retainer plate or in the head?

Facing the plate, then the plate should stop them from spinning.

Edit: the notched out bit I mean.

Yep, TB heads have different covers. Hope you can make it, I like roosting Tb kitted bikes, heehehe

Are you talking about the 2 shafts the rockers pivot on, if so they have a thread inside them, pretty sure an 8mmx1.25 threaded bolt such as an engine mount bolt will screw in and pull them out.

i had everything ready, fired her up... needed a new exhaust.. went to the shop 3 times and ended up getting my money back because i could not find one that would fit..

Just gonna put it out there, if this joint isn't full keyboard warriors call me Harry fukin potter!! Over everyone saying coulda,woulda,shoulda. Everyone knows we're riding on the weekend had a week or more to get stuff done that's that. Zwebx you got your head the other day that's cool mate new parts need new stuff to get going.

But there some people that just didn't turn up! Weak riding is rain hail shine piss drunk sober as or just plan none Motivated get your ass on you "pitbike"

On the other hand Corey and Phil were down there smashing the laps out hard, track was sanding as ****!! Until me and Corey got on the hose the track lightened up and so did the lap times. Berms became so fast it was Awsome just jamming the throttle wide open and sling shot out of the corners!!

Was Awsome at the end of the day. Sheared the bolts of my sprocket holes in the hub tearing that apart! So it was Time to give the big daddy v2 160 10" a fang and that's just what I did. She loved the limiter and the more I rode it the faster it got. Was good fun!!

Corey getting faster an faster good to see that man on a bike and riding it like he stole it and Phil well he was consistent throughout the board lap after lap put the laps down fast each time
