How do you adjust the brakes on an Atomik/orion 125

I finally got my bike and the front disc is rubbing a little and the rear is rubbing quiet alot, i was just wondering if anyone knows how to adjust them?

the front one can spin on its own a bit but whenyou move the back wheel you can hear it rubbing and its pretty stiff.. :?

Well ive had a go on the bike and the brakes work fine but you can hear the rear disc screaching each time it goes past a certain spot.
