hi there i need advise ive just fitted a new inner rotor kit on my stomp 140 pretty straight forward and got a realy good spark but if wont start it fires now and again but just wont run petrol is getting through tryed a new spark plug and cap but still no good ive tryed moving the timing both ways but still no good any advise cheers

hmmm yr not going to like this advise but anyways...
remove it the irk kit and return it or put it in the bin... there the most unreliable product for pit bikes iv ever come across... and for a 140 they offer way too much timing..
not to mention make your bike a pig to ride... you lose torque..you stall easy...
do yourself a favor and buy a lifan 150 outer rotor setup..
