LED WHEEL/FRAME LIGHTS

Hey guys does anyone know how i would go about rigging my bike up like these guys??
I reckon itd be amazing and a nice little project for the summer holidays
any help would be greatly appreciated

Looks like led strip lighting on the wheels with a battery sitting in the centre of the wheel/hub. Ain't gunna last long, will be unbalanced at speed. Seems like it's a mod done for **** factor alone.
The 3rd photo is just more led strip lighting and a battery but will probably last more than 1 ride.
You can get led valve caps that have batteries in them that give you a ring of light when thewheel is moving though(made for bicycles).
