Lifan 110cc wiring problem!!!

Hey guys I am new to this forum i'm hoping i can get some help with my engine. I just bought a brand new Lifan 110cc engine w/ electric start but i dont want to wire it for electric start. I cant find a wiring diagram that matches my engines color wires and its getting really frustrating so maybe someone has some info for me. My coil wires are Green and Black/Yellow. My engine wires are Yellow, Black/Red, Pink, Blue/White, Green. And on the stator wires are Blue/Red, Purple, Green/Red, Green/Black, and Pink. Its a 5 wire CDI system. If anyone knows how to wire this thing up PLEASEE let me know!!!

if your looking at the wiring diagrams on the hooper inports site dont follow the colours, just go by the pictures. I had a similar problem wiring up a Ji-Pin engine into a Z50

I tried to go just by the diagram but when i connected the wires it still wasnt getting spark so something is still wrong with the wiring situation. theres no need for a rectifier if i dont have a battery and such right?

thats right, im wired up for ignition only as i had to cut the starter motor mount off the case as it hit the frame

i wired it up to how the old cdi wires were on the old motor and no spark and i tried different wiring diagrams and still cant get spark, would ordering a wiring harness fix this? i was told that it was only needed if you were going to run full out blinkers and headlights and such.

YOU NEED WHATS CALLED A SIMPLE WIRE HARNESS..................AND MAKE SHUR ALL YOU ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS WORK FIRST AND SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO RIP THE SOLDER OFF THE COIL WIRE CONNECTERS IN ORDER TO CONNECT THE CDI TO THE COIL GOOD LUCK.....................................................HOOPER IMPORTS HAS WIRE DIAGRAMS THAT HELPED ME OUT

You know I have a mini chopper that needs wiring It has a 12 volt battery, a solenoid, a coil, a cdi, a regulator, the engine is a 110cc chineese starter on top no kick start. The engine has a five wire plug, and I have a four wire key switch for it. It is all new engine I just need to get it wired. Can anyone please help?

I would even pay for a nice wiring diagram that shows how all these componits all hook together I have a harness but most of the plugs from the handle grips have been cut, I just want a basic diagram that shows just the Battery, solenoid, start switch, CDI, Retifier, and engine stator wires five from this engine.

sounds like you need to buy a full wire harness.. even a small quad one would do but you may also need to buy the hand control switches to make everything work..

if not try and follow the first image in the link provided in the last comment
