ima gunna be making up a new swingarm thingy for that lower engine mount sooner or later... hint hint. easy to make two...or three even...

just what are these frames? im seriosly wondering whether i could be bothered with my POS... seems so hard to find brake lever, peg mounts, etc... and that top motor bolt? wtf? i gotta make one of them cus i am NOT using threaded rod!

i had one once, now all i got is a (new) frame. no bits. grrrrrrrrr. i like these frames :)
 
just put a tube and tape on the wheel so it doesn't get damaged

been hard to find parts for, got the main ones i need, (swingarm, headstem bearings)
rear shock is stuffed so thats why it hangs low in the back.
need a longer engine mount bolt but it just fits on enough to put a nut on the end so it'll do for the moment.
that oil cooler i think is useless so going to need a new one.

its one of the original motovert perimeter frames from 2004, other model was a provert. only seen 3 so far..

hopefully this engine acutally fires up..
 
Just a heads up for you..

I Can't tell from the pix but I think your also missing the rear motor mount.. It go's in between the swing arm then the swing arm mounting bolt go's through the frame, swing arm, mount then out the other side... It fills the space between the swing arm and has the mount for the rear engine mount.. If you don't have it I think it will be the hardest part to find and I wouldnt ride it with out it...

yeah i have it in the box of parts, didn't put it on because i was just going to see if this engine starts or not.

The 138 put in it (going to replace piston maybe TB parts one and new valves and cam)
Chain
Chain guide/roller.. That it Was meant to have when I brought it..
New seat and plastics
New rear shock thinking an Elka or dnm
Some fastace usd forks

yeah its got no bushing for the bolt to go through, so moves around alot, tried to put a nut in it so it sat up abit higher but only fixed it a little.
put the motoverts old shock in it and was about the same height, bottomed out when i put my hand on it tho

going to get a x4r dnm shock i think
 
What length do you need? I might be able to help you out.

not sure yet, was thinking of putting the one out of the motovert in it as its too hard for the a style swingarm and get a softer one for the motovert

Took 1 kick and it started.. Been sitting for 5-6-7 years did do anything besides put new oil in it
Carby off the pitpro too
Was Very surprised it started

Fixed the carby and throttle problem on it, revs and runs alot better, connected the killswitch ((worked but now doesn't)
Took the chain roller off the motovert and put it on
And took the shock out of the pitpro to test it

Can't wait till its got a good engine and clutch in it, this is only the 125 with a 3rd gear issue and I think piston slap, a little smokey.
Think ill see if anything is wrong with the 138 tomorrow
