Yellow pages didn't show anything in your area using bearings and bundoora in the search, but it did come up with this, which is the shop i used, maybe call them and see if they know of a shop up near you, or try your printed yellow pages, online version is crap.

yellow.com.au - Business Listing for Bearing Wholesalers Pty Ltd

Part number was something like 6200rs, but don't quote me on that, threw the box out yesterday. :)

Citymotorbikes in fertree gully, will be able to give the bearing part number, provided atomik shocks use similar parts to pitpro.

I wish it had too much power!! wuld be fair sick if it was the problem just copping wheel spin constantly lol. i think its just the bushes in the shock so il just fix that up and hope that is is all good.
Thanks for all your help guys!

Does anyone have any ideas of where to get bearings for my shock round the bundoora area? ive called round and found nuthin so far.

Life's hard isn't it mate, so i'll help you out, turn to page 266 of your A-K yellow pages, look at the second ad down the left side, bearing joint in thomastown, i'd give you the name, but that would make it too easy :D

and i found one of the bearings boxes, the part number of the ones i used is 6900 2rs, hch is the brand, but i think the numbers are generic anyway, i needed 3 for the top and 3 for the bottom, you might get away with 2 but i'd rather be safe than sorry, you might as well do the top too as they are the same bushes and won't be far off being rooted too.

I was able to bash my old bushes out using a 16mm socket, might need to go up or down a size depending how thick walled your sockets are, and i used a 22mm socket underneath to support the shock and push the bearing into, you'll understand what i mean when you try to do it.

Before you bash your new bearings in chick them in the freezer for half an hour or so, and i placed my shock on the heater vent for the houses central heating, (Don't heat it too much) to expand the hole in the shock a little and shrink the bearings down a touch, wether it helped or not i don't know, but it's no effort so worth doing anyway.

a to k yellow pages, what is that?

The actual yellow pages (the one with yellow pages as opposed to a screen) is heaps better IMO. Maybe i am getting old.

I think your getting old too, and need to update your copy of the yellow pages, for the last 20 years or so they have come as two books, they list things alphbetically, the first one has all the listings starting with the letter A, which i belive to be the first letter of the alphabet, thru to the letter K.

The second book, would you beleive, lists everything from the letter L, to the letter Z, which to the best of my knowledge, is the last letter in the alphabet. Fecken amazing. :p

Dude your tire is probly worn out or if the tyre is new they are usually slippery so after a couple of rides it will stop sliding.

Nah bro my tyres definately not worn or brand new. its a Carlsbad with bout 70% left so its fair chunky still.

MATE UR A LEGEND!!!! thanks heaps for all ur help

To ensure it dont slip anymore dont have to much tire pressure thats wat i found out the hard way.

my tyre is just as hard as normally. the only thing i know is that two low and youve popped a tube. done that twice so far.

my bushes just shit themselves a couple days ago, i was doing jumps and it started getting a bit loose and i checked, nothing wrong but after further inspection i realised, my bushes just slid right out somehow
