they were both the same size so the wheel is out of place, i'm just going to take i back to the shop and get them to fix it for free

with the front tyre being stiff check the spaces on each side of the tyre my mate put his the rong way around and the tyre wldnt spin so give that a go

maybe the timing chains come off is that a possibility??
