its not a hung 25 its a hung 10! note the eletric start! the mild steal frame! there for it is 110, if it has been run with no oil then it would have seazed... most likely it will need a bottom and top end rebuild!

i read use are talking about the bore! what makes you think it has been run with no oil if only the bore is scratched? the oil doesnt well isnt supposed to enter the bore! usualy re boring or getting it honed out is the best way to go... depending on how deap the scratches are (not if there long or if they run down the bored) if its only a small surface scratch you could get away with just getting it honed out... if you cant get anyone in the moto industry go to a lawn mower shop as i know they will re hone (worked in one for a while)

Im Pulling Apart The Engine On Saturday To See If The Bore Is Scratched Will Get Back With The Answer Then.
