yeh, im looking into a actual drift car now.
got one lined up, mabey TyD's or theres another nice one i like

you do realise RC is often more expensive than than minibikes!
eg: I got 2k worth of NEW rc gear about 5 years ago.. now worth maybe $500 bucks...
that being said.. it hasnt stopped me getting new bits or veichles every 6-9 months..
started with a mini T electric, then nitro 4x4's then a plane, then another mini T, then the m03 followed by more m03's then a cheap plane, then started fabbing my own crawler chassis, then brought a rc bike, brushless motors.. yada yada yada... yeh rc is addicvite.. see the RC thread for a complete run down..

do you read what we say or just glance at the latest post?

yes, i did read what you said, but im not going to start a **** fight over a cheap rc.
i was running pvc pipe on the wheels for a bit of fun and nothing more.
yes i know rc's are expensive... spent hundreds in the past.
im not spending alot on one anytime soon, i am going for an electric at the most $150.

ah cool cool. just im still trying to work out the point of the video.. looks like it jammed itself under a table or something.. you could of at least given us a video of it on the street or something..

$150 wont get you much in the way of anything decent.. another 100 or so you could buy a new tamiya drifter.. then you would be looking at upgrading motor, esc, reciever, control, battieries, charger..
$hit breaks, so you will also need spares.. mainly wheel hubs and driveshafts, pinions and spur gears, occasionally you will smash a wheel, bearings are a worthy upgrade, as are alloy dirve shafts and alloy knuckles..

But you know all this already right.. so i guess my advice will fall upon deaf ears...

spend more second hand, and get a complete package, allow at least $300 for something decent with good hop-ups.. otherwise you really are just wasting money..

the vid is inside and it was late last night and raining so i wasnt going out side... at the moment it is still pissing down other wise i would grab a vid on the street.
but no i dont know this... and i do apreciate the help.
for 150 it will be second hand, TyD has a tt01 which after some reserch they seem to be ok, he wants 120 and it needs a new diff or something.
im only gunna be mucking around with it and dont have the time to go to tracks and that so it would be for the street only(not many cars so no it wont get squashed lol)
please try not to be a smartas$ as i am only trying to have some fun with one...

hey matt bombers you woudnt be interested in a duratrax evader with brushless setup with deans connectors and some upgraded things with a few spares?

or i also have a hpi sprint on road with a 20T in it
