How do you place the spacers into the springs. I have never removed the forks from my bike and would like to stiffen them to try and stop bottoming out until i can afford an upgrade on them. im about 93kg. if any one can help that would be great. cheers.

coolluke u may have a pihole leak i get them everynow and then but i bought new tank cosmyn had same drama i think they all end up doing that im not sure though

What ever type of forks you have:
*Remove the front wheel
*Remove forks from clamps
*Remove fork caps.
*Inspect how spring is supported on the top end.
*Reassemble with a metal tube spacer, on top of your spring, of same diam as the spring, and the length you think you will need to raise the front.
