pitpro idling ruff

since i have installed the new head my pitpro 140xr has been idling ruff and wont idle smothly and bak fireing, tez350s pitpro did the same so he did some ajustments so i am thinking that it could do with a new plug and clean the carby,and maybe ajust the carb screws a bit
any suggestions?
