FML! bloody LXR have to be 2cm different makes my life hard thats just ****!! what about the lxr's with the black forks i have a 09 with gold forks and just bought a lxr with black forks, its a newer version but what year did the 2cm larger frames come in?

Check the difference and look how your frame is.

That titanium CRF150 pipe is going to be epic.

Wicked builds. Man a 33mm carb is pretty huge on that setup.
 
Nope have just tried the pwk 33. Pretty satisfied with the setup right now. It run pretty clean.

im gonna get some footage of my 190 with the pe28 this weekend you'll be very surprised how much power its producing it actually surprised me a lot ! ... I'm going a yoshimura rs2 crf150 slip on on my bike i love your setup mate + reps thanks for sharing the video looks like lots of fun !
 
nickv: Sweet. the yoshi will look sick! I do have alot of torque with the pwk also!

oil kits to suit 190 in lxr frame guys? standard lxr cooler lines work or should i be shooting for the stars and a better cooler??

I have used banjo fittings like these bellow and rubber hoses.

I made an adapter to make a crf 250f nissin master cylinder to work..

Relocated the plastic mount and made two mounts for the exhaust..

Lots of work done. Because i got a 3 year old frame when i bought the bike i hade to extend it 2cm.. My reseller didnt want to help me get a new frame so i hade to extend it to make it work with the anima engine. The front tire would touch the head..

Does the motor hit the wheel without weight on the bike? Or is it when you push the front end down it hits the tyre??

I just took the springs out and they touched the head 2-3cm before they bottomed out. But with the normal frame there is no problem at all.


Almost got the bike together right now. Just got to put the carb on the bike! Pics will come sooon :)

You took the springs out of the forks to see if it get cleared at the bottom of the suspension travel?
 
he did it to see if the front tyre hits the head at full travel.
you don't want it locking up the front wheel on a hard landing !
 
Nah you should bottoming out the suspension once every lap, just to use full travel
 
motorbikecity put a 190 in a motovert Type R this week have you seen the length in those frames compard to lxr
