I am currently rebuilding two rear shocks, one is Fast Ace BS-33AR and the other is a copy. Anyone know how much oil is required? I understand from aircraft struts that they are filled with Nitrogen, how much pressure would be suggested?

Oil level and weight can be varied. You have to work out where the floating piston was stock then move up or down depending how you want the shock to perform. Air can be used to test pressures. Nitrogen is less affected by heat. Once you know the settings you like then get the nitrogen put in.
