yep, agreed.

greenslip (nsw) is $101 for bikes under 100cc. then $250 for bikes under 250cc... so a 125 costs twice as much to rego... same as a ct110 is twice as much as a ct90....

the best bet has been mentioned...rx50, get registered, swap engine to anything bigger

aus is pretty strict from what im reading here. ONly so many bikes allowed in? WHats that all about. In the uk, you built any vehicle, and it has to go through a VIC test and another short test, Costs around £200 for a road legal pack for any motorbike or quad,trike etc. Fitting it and getting the regulations right may take some time. But once all these tests done you go to what we can DVLA and apply for a registration number and plate and bobs your uncle and now insurance is needed.
