Man watching these videos all I keep trying to do is look up..... Hahaha.... Is that a private block in the last video Stoozo? There's a house right there that might make some noise if u are there too often.... Looks like someone else has made a bit of a trail thru there tho

Seriously I put the camera on top of my helmet this time to try to counteract this....I have no idea how it came out basically the same....I will have to put it further back on the helmet or visor. The mounting hardware it came with was pretty dodgy...

The visor was as far back as it would go too, I cleaned all the greasy finger prints off the cover to stop blurry footage, I thought I had it all figured out this time....obviously not! :thumbdown:

Stoozo, have you tried using the suction cup mount ? Just use a shoelace and tie it around your visor incase it loses suction while your riding and comes off. That should give you the height you need.

Nah it came with this dodgy strap mount...no suction cup. I think my wife has one for an in car camera hopefully that may fit. Either that or my visor is getting another hole drilled in it....the back yard footage was ok but its probably cause of the hill!! Ill have to work something out its annoying me now too!

This is the mounting hardware that came with the camera....no suction cup....hence drilling holes in my visor!! Not really to sure how to make up a decent mount with this lot, ill have a look and see if I can come up with anything better!

you could screw the one on the right to your visor, but then you don't really want too many holes in it

Yeah Im well tapped out cash wise atm....hardly done any work for the last couple of weeks....hence going crazy sitting around at home waiting for the rain to stop I'll work somethign out, should be able to ziptie the one on the right to the visor with the holes that are already drilled. It is a bit less bouncy up there too, so thats always good!

Just you wait as soon as my parents come home from taking a Tour in north western europe I'm going to transfer the VHS i made for yr 12 small biz onto DVD then upload it to youtube!!! I tape and 8mm camera the the frame of my DH bike(flannels as padding) and proceed to go street ride all the stairs and drop offs at the local primary school there is some damn good footage of me in my prime on that video!! I think my section is about 4 mins or something....whoops DH at about 50km/hr on a DH bike...good times :thumbup:

Hahahaha oh and I just told my old boss about the video of him on my channel called "crazy fat guy rides TDR pro" which has almost 1000 views....The big house next door has 5 acres of HILL...they dont own the quarry next door either. They'd love to but just paid almost 20 mil for a new house....yep 20 mil...the heating/cooling bill is something like 10k a month.....ouch!!! I should offer to weed spray the block and get some money.....damn thats a good plan actually
