Semi-Auto Clutch-->3rd to Neutral?

I have an IceBear PBZ 125 that has a Lifan engine. It is a semi-automatic. Is there a technique or procedure that I can use to shift directly from 3rd gear (or 2nd or 4th) to neutral ? There are instances where I am can see a stop sign ahead and would like to shift directly to neutral and then just use the brakes to come to a complete stop after coasting.

If you push down on the shifter and do not let your foot up it will keep the clutch disengaged until you slow down, then from the stop you can shift all the way down. That's the only thing I can think of.
