ahhh, welcome to the world of imported toy bikes, with many honourable vendors, all fighting for the profit.
the name means nothing. the plates mean nothing.
nothing means everything!
about the only thing of any interest to you is the engine number...
down there below the sprocket somewhere.
search that number and everything shall become clear.
pretty generic number... even it means zilch, but at least it tells you how big the engine is and lets you order certain parts if necessary.
