After not posting for a while (been busy with Uni) i was able to get the top end onto the Atomik and i must say im quite happy with it currently.
I need:
-TB intake manifold
-KLX style exhaust
And the bike will be ready! Here are some photos from today.

Looks the goods mate.

You coming to last round of Mini MX champs in Stoney?

Thanks heaps Nick! Sadly i wont be there. While building this bike its just too expensive. On the plus side im saving to race all of next year :)

The atomik is almost done!!! TB manifold is on (without spacer) and exhaust is on. Now just need to make a mount for the silencer and a few bits and pieces and its ready for a tune (oh great :/ )

The bike finally functions and runs. Definitely needs a tune up (and annoyingly kickstart gears) but all that is on order. But it does rev (has a wicked mid range bog). Also fitted a bash plate. Tonight i fitted some custom made shock flaps and linkage flaps. Should be rideable within 2 weeks. Bring on VCM 2016!!!!
Edit! Forgot to mention that a new front brake master cylinder was added. Story behind this one was that i was at Atomik in Dandy looking through one of the scrap motor bins for a woodruff key, saw this nissin copy which still had the rubber over the lever and offered $5 for that and the woodruff key. The brakes work perfectly, unlike the last ones that were on there..

New kickstart gears going in! Clutch has a bit of wear but still all good. The bike was running SUPER hot (exhaust gases) meaning it was running very lean. Found out it had a 100 main jet in it. When in fact it needs something around 125-130.

Tb head and bbk yeah? I ended up at 118 mains, and its still rich at that but I like to rev the heck out of my bikes so I dont mind them being a tad rich to protect the top end a little. 100 is waayyy to lean, but I also believe 125 is to rich on these engines (cue the masses screaming at me I am wrong lol) but after seeing craigs 190 playing up bad after going up one size on his main jet, and riding his bike with the from memory 110? Main jet my mind has been made up :)

Yeah #45 Pilot, #110 Main jet in the Polini PWK28 on the 190, and same jetting in the Oko 30mm d/slide as well,
my first carby swap on the 190 Braaap was to an Oko 26mm, it needed a #48/#50 Pilot jet and a #110 Main jet

There's other thing's that can come into it too like exhaust style, exhaust size, muffler size, backpressure, even deburring and smoothing out the weld's on the inside of the exhaust pipe where it meet's the head can make a difference.
Cleaning up the intake manifold wire a carbide burr or grinding stone to smooth out the bore (leaving a slightly rough linished finish) can affect jetting too.

oh man, after reading these replies i think the tuning has just become a LOT more complicated. I put new kicker gears in earlier today (pics coming of the old gears) so in the next few days ill give it a boot and see what happens.
Im only running a 150/160 bore at the moment (ill see how i go) as im not too fond of the TB cylinders just being a coated Aluminium cylinder rather than an aluminium cylinder and a steel sleeve.
I grabbed some spare jets Snaptrax (Zach) had lying around and put a 42 pilot in and a 120 main. ill see how that goes and work from there. Jet kits are definitely happening.

One tooth down on the gear that slots into the clutch basket. This mangled up the other gear quite a bit. Surprisingly no other damage.

Only a few little things to do on the atomik now. The bulk of this build is done. New rear wheel (matching) coming. And a new seat cover done by topline upholstery.
Here are some pics.

Sweet,
don't forget to refit the Banjo fitting for the left side of the oil cooler to engine too.

Haha funny story that. Got that cooler off a mate that had it sitting around. Plugged it all in and went for a ride. Ended up with oil everywhere as the cooler had a defective seal. So i bypassed that cooler (still have another) and thats dangling until i can sort out another cooler.
