Troublshooting....need some help!

i have an engine similar to tassie's but brand new and the wiring diagram supplied by foolsp33d helped me alot to figure out the wiring and yes you dont need two of the wires coming out of the engine.
tassie when you bought all the new wiring did you have coming out of the cdi two plugs and about 4-6 wires?
