you dont need much time for band if your a good rider you can keep it in band

Im with you , On an 80 your basically always in power band , they rev out preety quickly. Different on a 250 2 banga where as a 125 and an 80 you preety much keep it singing all the time. Back in the hey days of my 85 you'd just keep it pinging.

the 80 for sure,
got 78/79 model sittin shed thinkin bout turnin it into a 2 stroke mini bike, change forks to USD's, get A frame swing arm, tho its only a thought if and when get enough cash then i'll be doin mods, till then it gathers dust, yes still runs very nicely
