On the front just measure your own bike. No one can further help you there really. On the rear you'll find that most (if not all) swingarms made for a 12" rear wont fit a 14. Again you can measure your bike up yourself. Don't forget there is more to it than the extra 1" from the rim. The nobs on a 90/100-14 tyre sit another 1cm further out from the rim/bead than an 80/100-12 does. Also you need to allow for some chain adjustment/stretch so no good assuming you can always put your axle full aft. Keep in mind that if you up size the rear but not the front, then the bike wont turn as good, because you've increased the rotational inertia in the rear and chassis, so you'd need more in the front or else the bike will feel super "twitchy" in the front end and you'll feel like you need to pull the bike over more just to lean and turn it, as opposed to the usual feeling where you turn the bars and the front wheel inertia just makes the bike lean that way automatically. Hard to explain without rambling on further.
