whats this part called please

hi my friend has a loncin 200cc dirtbike and the part that is circled he need just the end silver cap as the metal rod holder in it has snapped i need the name of the part and where he can get one thanks

what brand is the bike/motor?

At a guess, I think it's a starter motor, so in theory you would be after a "starter motor cover" A closer pic wouldn't hurt though, even a pic of the broken part/s

timeeh is on the money, starter motor cover it is, thats a zongshen 250cc engine.
