Hey guys and gals.

Did some searching and couldnt find any threads like this.

But anyway ill start it off.

This is my first car a 2000 Holden Frontera V6 Manual(Autos are for girls)

Brought it with 173,000kms on it. Came with brand new tyres and was immaculate in side and out.

Brought it off my Grandparents(Isn't that how we all get our first cars haha)

And after having it for just over a year I have finally got the money to get some new things for it.

Upgrades include:

Roof mounts for the rack.
Roof Rack designed for roof top tents.
New heavy duty rims from back in the day.
30in muddies(New ones coming when i have money)
12in LeD light bar.
Dual hella spotties
Cb radio
Massive antenna that scrapes all the Kfc drive through's.
Roof top tent.
Drift(Autobarn special) bucket seats.
And a kicker sound system .

And here is how it looks now

Thanks mate.
I didnt even realize there was a Car section.

Yeah I just made it up the other day.

Thought it would be good to see what everyone drives.

This is my 2014 Hilux SR5 Black Edition.

Going to do a Redback 3inch exhaust for it and chip it and that's all I could need.

No way on earth I would stick a bull bar on with all the TRD stuff. Looks tough as without it.

Nah screw that.

It's used in the city 95% of the time.

Won't be taking it serious 4wding. Not interested. Prefer to ride the bike in that stuff.

Only time it will go offroad is to get to a few of my bush riding spots but they aren't serious trails but get a bit hectic in winter without 4WD.

So Nick
Ill swap you my car. Im after a more serious 4wd :p

lol I'll pass on that one.

You don't like auto's though so you burned yourself on that one. ;)

I wanted it in manual but after driving manuals for over 10 years I am loving the auto in this one. So much easier in bumper to bumper traffic. Plus it's a 6 speed auto so better on fuel on the freeway.

When I was playing around with the 4WD, the crab crawling without riding the clutch or worrying about stalling was wicked.

Id have a auto if it meant i could have a 2014 Hilux hahaha.

I like manual because i can control the motor more. But thats really the only reason. I find it easy when 4wding just chuck it in low range and engage the front locker and it crawls up nearly anything( As long as i dont scrape ahaha)

I got a 2014 toyota workmate in metal storm because they didn't have black and it's got a kicker comp rt 12" sub

2" lift
33's
crap bar work
4" stainless snorkle
Custom Pwr radiator
304 (5L) v8
heaps of rust and water gets in everywhere when it rains.

plans:
less ****ty bar work
new coils and shocks
new cab
better tyres
355 stroker

Well after scrolling the forums and finding this old gem of a thread I thought id update what i have done to my car.

So first off was a bull bar(because we all know skippy loves cars.
Then it was lifted 3in
and a set of 32in muddies slapped onto it.

A few custom parts for the rear end has it flexing more then ya mate checking out that chicks ass.

So all in all its turned out pretty good i reckon.
Next on the agenda is a muffler chop and a resonator replacing it.
