all i can say is be careful where you buy from.. there are genuine and copy oko carbs.. difference being the mainjet and emulsion tube.. genuine oko run large hex jets, the copy's runs a small round mainjet and the emulsion tube they use makes it virtually impossible to tune... scooter...

my psto one doesnt have a sleeve... maybe you have an outdated or updated version setup lol.. hit classichonda50's up they have a few bits like this..

adjusted the timing? these magneto kits are pretty sensitive with timing... make sure the adjustment is in the middle and make small adjustments from there...

to verify the slide is in correct remove the air cleaner and check the slide is closing all the way.. if its half open then theres a problem...

Pic above looks very familar lol... Sounds like you could have the stator timing very retarded or a dirty carby...

are you using the same cam sprocket? there are a couple of different sizes which have different diameters. compare against the original sprocket as you cant change the diameter.. also there is a plunger in the engine which is oil feed to keep the cam chain tight, 14mm bolt under the engine...

its running lean or packing from the muffler is burning up... ill go for option one tho... clean the carb out thoroughly with compressed air...

green/white will be earth and will connect to green red/green dont worry about that one the rest is straight forward

couldn't agree more... best explanation ive seen so far.. as for the back firing at high revs, that to me sounds like an exhaust leak... check the exhaust isnt loose in the head. it may even need a new exhaust gasket.. even if the muffler is loose on the pipe it will back fire... set...

drill the heads off, then once you remove the stator the remains of the screws should actually be finger tight.. as worst you may just need pliers to unscrew them.. m6x1.0 x 10mm long, obviously there a counter sunk bolt... you can get them to suit star screw driver or allen key heads... choice...

depends what carb you have... 26 mikuni will be 38mm air cleaner crf50 will probly fit as long as it has the same length flange...but it may be shorter in total length too and hold back power... as for the rest, probly easier to buy a new engine as it sounds like it has a few drama's and...

10 mm longer shock should do it.. see what length the lxr runs compared to it
