i grew up in a rural town but because i was a foster child and my foster parents where mainlanders i was rather ostracized growing up. i suppose you get that anywhere though......

damn that sucks man, i hope you were the kid that beat up all the country bumpkin, corn-growing kids! show em whos boss :)

once i got to grade eight and took to the grade ten tough guy with a cricket bat everyone pretty much left me alone ;) i wasnt one to be to worried by what others thought even at that age. i did however care when they tried to turn mouthing into hitting, hence the age equalizer ;)

^^Good job. dont let em get to you. who give a crap what they think! like u said, only care if it gets physical.

reminds me of the bmx bandits lol.
what sort of area you looking at buying in? some beautiful bush properties over the north east, only problem with rural tasmania is the residents dont like newby's lol i grew up in a rural town but because i was a foster child and my foster parents where mainlanders i was rather ostracized growing up. i suppose you get that anywhere though......

Bmx bandit was what I was aiming for so thats worked well! Property wise cheap is good, lots of trees would be handy as I'm planning to build from the wood on the block! I want to start a sort of fun park for adults. Cabins, camping 4wd tracks, motorbike tracks etc!! Want to cash in on some of the grey nomads...but will need a good look around and I know bugger all about tassys economy...you have lower unemployment than us...thats about the extent of my knowledge!

dont no how we have lower unemployment as there is no freakin jobs here........ im guessing prices down here would be cheaper than up there, a good bush block down here isnt hard to find. my g/f's nan just sold her property, 69 acres with enough blackwood to pay for the property on it for around 240000. didnt have a legite house on it tho, just a homemade shanty ;)

those asv copies are really good actually, the ones on the 160 are still in top condition ;)

Yeah I'd be looking more at around 100k...will probably have to work my way up to something really good or buy way out of town!! But I want a mill for sure! Good money in wood, did they used to float trees down the rivers there?? Sunken hardwood that has cured is worth a ton! $2000-$5000 per tree....but not sure if they did that over there!

they only really did that with the huon pine down here, as that was the only way of getting it out of the bush lol
you should find a average sized block for that price, i remember seeing a few blocks around 25 acres with native bush and a bit of pine plantation for around 125k.....

she looks good now mate :) your last pic reminded me i have the little clamp for the front brake line to attach it to your fork gaurds. il hunt through my **** over the next few days and find it and send it over. have a look into the fork bleeders, would really finish the bike off imo and they are cheap as chips really ;)

no good mate, was it one you had built yourself?

Yeah it was my i7 killer!! Little i3 running sli and massive overclocking potential, huge fans vid cards etc! Still got the best benchmark for an i3 first gen....no one had beaten it yet....even with the later generations no one has got me...amd quad core, ati card coming up....this one will be even tougher than the other one not much oc potential but it will still rip most i7s te shreds
