go the amd :) i remember listening to my nerdy computer mate in high school about amd chips and overclocking them with a lead pencil??!! i no enough about hi end audio electronics, and have plugged all the hardware in on a computer but the overclocking side of it never quite grabbed in my brain lol. i do love the look of some of the water cooled computer's tho ;)

stoozo doesn't like liquid cooled computers, remember what caused his computer to fail ? lol

Yeah I had this exact conversation with Craig no more than a month ago....water anywhere near the inside of a computer is just bad....even if its an awesome 'water cooled' pc...most people that would run that kinda of wanky stuff wouldnt know how to OC a computer properly anyway. I had the i3 2.9ghz running stable overclocked at 4.3ghz pushing double the clocking of what the CPU comes with standard is something only people with skills can do. Skills and lots of air flow, ive never seen serious overclockers run water, you go from fans to something like this! You'd probably be very surprised how much of the same concepts count for OC'ing computers as it does to making a turbo engine go faster. Its all about keeping things cool!!

This is what a nerd like me wants....screw ya poser boy water cooling, water and computers doesnt mix, mineral oil and computers on the other hand!!!

Nah, he played it in front of the class, it was a school project he did a while back. I thought it was pretty cool..

Well I suppose I should update this! The mini wr still no 3rd gear....so will swap the ported head to my other 125motor and then put that in it....no idea what ill do with the one that comes out and I had another fuel tap, might get out for a ride at the empty block early next week

Swap the motors today! This motor goes way better than the other even with a ported head on the other one...might have to port this one too!

uploadfromtaptalk1400307943157.jpgso this is the not ported head!uploadfromtaptalk1400308031946.jpgthis is the ported head that came out!uploadfromtaptalk1400308064702.jpg

stoo look what i found for ya! and look at the price!!!!!!!!!!!!
302 Found

63 units minimum order, bit out of my price range!! I only need one, I'd have 62 spares....well that might make one good bike out of the lot, I just like the frames not specifically the bikes! They'll start to roll into Australia eventually for a decent price...but I kind of have two bikes I like now!

20ft container minimum order, 127 units.

that is the inlet side of the head stu, it was only match ported, maybe 2-3mm bigger total.

Messing around in the back yard, got bored today and decided I needed to do some 'weeding' getting a bit more confident on the bike, I think messing around like this helps for control but I seem to be gearing down and using the clutch properly without having to think about it now!! Can finally wheelie a bit better too, got a couple of decent ones even though there is not much space happy with that!

Yeah I know, I wasn't going to pull the head off the other one because of hte stripped sparkplug.

I knew this motor is a ripper  sure it would got a little better with some valve porting, or what ever you call it! Its geared at 15-41 atm too...which is supposed to be better for top end but its still a super torquey motor :D would go well with the higher lift cam and a bit of work done to it I'm thinking...

haha much better video :) i reckon you should see if the gpx hi comp piston would work with your bore and head..... craig would no... from memory its around 54mm with a 13mm gudgeon. then the cam and h/d valve springs with a whole lot of porting work. dont no if you could build one cheaper than just buying the gpx 125. the gpx's have a better clutch setup anyway so maybe just splash out or a newby ;)

Yeah I was looking at them the other day! Might just thrash the nuts off this one until it dies then buy something new....Yeah Craig is a bit ill atm...what do you think Craig do-able to make it similar to a GPX 125 or would a GPX 125 head fit and work? I'm thinking there would probably be issues with the cam and timing chain being different sizes just a gut feeling!

biggest issue i see is whether your clutch set up would take the power increase. gpx also has oil cooler feed from oil pump, not through the head. find a real cheap bike, do it up to look flash as for as cheap as, sell it to buy the gpx ;) stock hi comp gpx is similar in power to a 150, without the torque but with a whole lot more revs. i REALLY want the tb headed gpx, that would demolish z160's i reckon.
