Still waiting on the cases being bored, caught up with craig the other weekend and he said should be done soon, so fingers crossed i can finish this beast off. Im debating sending the suspension to a shop for a rebuild, anyone have a rough price i should expect?

they look good, i cut the rear portion off the old front guard to complete what isn't there with some ttr plastics.

Whats your trick to putting the graphics on without bubbles etc etc??

Do you find it easier with the plastics off the bike or on??

only seem to be able to get 60% of them right...haha

I did mine with the plastics off, and basically just followed the instructions i got with the stickers. They arent perfect, but as good as i could get lol.

So i have half the engine so far, bottom end still going bck together, craig has just had some issues getting fourth to engage, any ideas guys? It engaged fine when it showed up new at craigs, but now its like its over shifting past fourth a touch.....
Anyway some pics of what i do have at home so far...

Head looks brilliant

Stator and cdi, has a switchable 12000 rpm limiter just need to wire in a switch for it

Also have the bore and piston, gasket kit, new valves and valve stem seals but didnt think i needed to upload photos of those yet lol

Yeah the cases were split, craig ended getting them bored at one of his mates workshop. They have been apart a few times trying to see what the issue was, but craig reckons that there is nothing out of place, its weird as..

Was it bored with the gasket in place? Probably needs to be shimmed, took me about a thousand trial assemblies to get mine to shift smooth.

Good score , they are a great shock

they came in the Red Baron G3 set up , a guy I ride with has one and it handles a treat , he goes BIG and he loves it.
I had a ride of his bike with that shock and I'm a big fan aswell
