Desided to put the proper engine in it now (138 outlaw)
Pull the engine apart do fix the wobble and see if anything was broke, nothing seemed bad piston was abit black and clutch looked pretty bad so replaced that.
Found out it has an IRK so took Afew goes to find the proper timing adjustment as there was not markings.

Was alot easier to fit than the jialing 125 from the motovert

Haven't started it yet as I found out the spark plug hole is threaded and has no spark, guessing it needs a different cdi, looked at a irk photo and had a little cdi box which I have, havent quite worked out how to set it up yet, bit different to the other bikes I'm used to

wiring is easy enough, reliability is the biggest problem with the inner rotor kits

yeah thats the photo ive been looking at, mines black tho with different colour wires to the wires coming off the irk, think ive worked it out tho.

i was going to ask if it set off your smoke alarm in your house, or if the Fire Brigade turned up?
the breather tube on the back/top of the motor isn't blocked is it?

dont think so, i'll check that. cant remember if it had a hose or not on it either.
think i might get a two brothers exhaust for it or something like that, doesnt seem to fit or go back together properly. thats why its smoking from the shock area.

Got a New pitster pro x4r dnm rear shock for it and some other things that seem to have got lost in postage again.. Hopefully shows up Monday

got it started, everything seems to work ok. all it needs now is a new throttle, pegs and rear brake

i've starting working on this bike on and off for awhile but getting that 110 was a terrible mistake.
i will continue to try make it run but i think i might try the other motoverts GPX125 in it to see what its like with that rocket in it.
ive always thought it would be a great combination with a gpx125 yet i still bought that 110 :damnmate:

im still looking for a rear brake kit that would fit. it looks to be a similar style brake thats on the kxf or lxr. none of the other bikes master cylinder will line up with the bolt holes as its much smaller. so if anyone has a photo of one with a rear brake could you please post it?

Just make an adapter plate. I’ve seen it done on a few different bikes and it looks fine! Some people even go all out and make sweet custom ones. :thumbup:

that was the plan if i couldn't find anything.
by the looks of it this bike is going to be making alot of brackets to make stuff fit but thats ok bit more satisfying when its done.

i got the coolers and stickers thanks cordogs
