I WOULD CLEAN THAT PISTON up & reuse, a head repair place could make a new seat in the head pretty easy to.. then all you would need is a valve

Was going to get the tb valve kit new barrel and piston as it was starting to smoke alittle, thought about putting the stock piston and barrel and the stock head back on but cbf hate riding the stock 160

Put the pe on it as I used to have it on when it was a 160,
Brand new 160ho head old 160 piston and barrel, procircit was bent so gave up putting it back on.
Temporary fix till I can afford a new valve kit and piston

Started first kick and did a lap around the clothes line and noticed it was leaking a little oil

Then put a flat head screw driver into it and just unscrewed. Put another one In and filled it with oil again.

Deffently miss having the v2 and big bore

Put afew hours on the stock topend and pe28, cant say i like it at all, smoking and boging.

New triple clamps and bearings

took the swingarm off to find the left side is pretty much wrecked.
dad said might as well get a new one, so might get a new one depends how much they are
kenda rear tyre is crap and worn out so might get pirellis
bent the front brake lever, front brake still isnt that great from new. brought a new one from dhz because the old one kept loosing pressure while racing.
my uncle has a pressue thing that we used for the rear brake and its been perfect since then like the kxfs and that was awhile ago.
did find out that my lxr was leaking oil i thought it might of been the oil coolers but was coming out of the case, hopefully its just oil from when the bolt broke and not cracked.
dads going to take my lxrs v2 head and motoverts head to melbourne to try get there valves fixed. think the motoverts exhaust valve is bent.

Give the Vee rubber a crack Harry, there cheaper than the Pirelli's and made by Pirelli. Or so I'm told! Way better than the Carlsbad IMO...

Thought about trying vee rubber, Hussein.h and Tdr have them in there bikes

got that fixed aswell as afew other things

new valves and piston

new forged kickstart
head still needs machining but that will be done aswell as the motoverts.

sits abit higher and feels better.
