already pm'ing him lol its not what i wanted and a bit dearer than i wanted but its still cheaper than a new oko. if the pe worked i was going to get another one of them but it just will not rev at all atm so oko time it is lol

yeah i tried that, but i cant even get it to idle high enough to tune it. i get basic idle thats it. i cant even up the idle with the idle screw so im guessing its a combination of to big a pilot and to big of a carb

what Jets was it running again ?

i put a 115 main in it and i think it had a 40 or 42 pilot from memory il check the pilot tomorrow. the main jet i swapped out was very different from the main jet it had in it, same thread pattern though, so i assumed it was the right one as i ordered the mains from ch50's and they were labelled as keihin jets on their website. il post a pis so you can see the difference, see if that could be the problem.

the Main jets you need are the same as the OKO long/hex jets, like these-

i would try a 38 Pilot jet too if you can get one

so it seems that i am stuck with two mains and a slow jet that are useless to me.... was only 25 bucks, but still its a bit ****ed if you ask me. cant find any of the proper jets foe my carb on ch50's website at all, not very impressed

its a bit like the OKO carbys, the Taiwan and some china ones take the Long hex jets, and then other china ones use the round jets
just depends on what components they used and/or where it was made

but my keihin is a genuine carb yeah? now im stressing that i paid nearly 200 bucks for a fake/copy!! i emailed ch50's just before i read your last post craig, and may have been prematurely blunt

mate, i have had a dat you wouldnt believe. ive had to repossess a car my missus's cousin was paying off because she wasnt bloody paying, blewed with her fella because he thought he'd be tough when i took my car back, cooked the engine which had been rebuilt not very long before they took the car on the way home (dont no what the **** they did to thje car) then spent hrs on the boys bike to not get the result wanted etc etc this has just topped me right off

so after putting the 130 mains and 40 pilot into the pe i got it to rev and run freely today . still has a big bog off idle, but a 38 pilot will fix that. was amazed that it revs as well as it does with the massive 130 main jet though. i do now no that its a goer for sure which is a big relief
