Get the steel wool out mate!!! Get the old one shined up if its stainless  The PitPro 2008 came up really well after a bit of tlc!

rotn50 has one on his, but not sure if he's using it on the Daytona or not now

mailman has been.....

test fitting....

a minor clearance issue.....

im guessing it wont hurt if i bend the clutch arm down 2/3mm to get it off the pipe, overall seems a fairly well made pipe. now just waiting on the inlet manifold parts wise, and then i have to work out how to wire up the two pin coil to a wiring loom designed for a single pin twin post coil as the coil for the z engine wont bolt onto the motovert frame (motovert frame only has one mointing point, z coil requires two mounting points) and then it should be good to go :)

Just did the exact same! Foxico motor and crf 50 exhaust was impeding the clutch!!! Bent it out of the way with my fingers...be careful not very strong metal at all!!

Cool the end result was a perfect clutch...the spring is slightly touching the pipe but its not causing any problems!! Would have worked better if I had used a tool instead of going backyard on it!! Good to see its coming together and looking good! bloody postman still hasnt been to see me yet!

looks good, seems they are a good pipe for the price, interested to see a video of it running, to get an idea of how it sounds with the new pipe on :)

yeah im so keen to hear it running. even keener to ride it ;) thinking i can replace the plastic over the exhaust now as it looks like i dont have any clearance issues there anymore :)

no good mate, hopefully it shows up soon. in saying that, im still waiting on dhz to send out the manifold. ordered the exhaust off them but through ebay on the same day i ordered the manifold direct from their site. exhaust turned up today, no manifold to be seen tho....

wont get an oko, il grab one of the akiunar pe28's for it. thats why i sold the 26mm oko i had. when the time comes for more punch in goes hi comp piston and v2 head with the pe28. ive become a huge fan of the pe28, the daytona started straight up with the pe, even with the main jet way out i didnt even have to touch idle or air/fuel mix to get it running :)
