ordered the black label kit today, callum had some money saved up and went me halves in them which was awesome! i will try find someone that can re build the fast aces from the ground up for jayden's little 70cc

I got a mate that could rebuild them for you over here.

It would take some time though as he is in the country but it would be pretty cheap.

As long as you could live without them for a good month (he can be a bit slack sometimes lol). Offers there.

Yeah I don't think I'd be game to pull down forks with air values. So with the air side sounds like the diaphram moved. It should separate the oil and air compartment...its probably still there just not connected properly popped off its mount or something!! If I don't sell some parts soon I'm going to start pulling things apart to learn the internals!! Someone on here has to learn suspension and fast!! I would honestly try emailing fastace they should send you a copy of the service manual!!

i would be keen on that actually motorman, if you could find out how much he would want to rebuild and set them up for me, and a postcode, so i can get a postage quote i would greatly appreciative

I will speak to him next time I see him.

I reckon it would cost around 150 to get them rebuilt with new seals etc.

Postage should be only $20 or so.

Ok cool bud.

He is the guy that did my zhocci's. Did a bang up job too for the money. He said then if anyone else needed forks done to yell out so shouldn't be an issue. He is a motorbike mechanic by trade.

Also have a contact the will rebuild and regass shock's so covered there as well. :)

Will get back to you.

so mail man bought some goodies and i managed to get her finished today. Anyone spot the extra goodness now on her? Besides the brand new black label's that is ;)

thats the one blender, i donated my ycf billet hubs to the build :) i am pretty proud of where i have got this bike to, only taken two builds to get it right but its done! well it is until callum decides the 160 needs more go ;)

thanks mate :)
those metal mulisha ones will come in handy actually, and some of that gear is a heap cheaper than anywhere else, but i ordered some rims for the braaap, which limit my choices on color schemes and sticker kits, and there was nothing that suited unfortunately. cheers on the link tho, i may even buy the brake pedal he has just so i have a spare its that much cheaper than the braaap store.

yeah, that shop with the MM graphics also has a bigger set for not much more too.
and i was thinking if you hadn't bought the carbon crf plastics you could have made callums bike into a mini braaap with those braaap crf50 plastics
